Each piece in our shop is handcrafted especially for you! Therefore delivery may be 2-4 weeks. We’ll be in contact with you every step of the way!

- We double check your order to make sure the details are correct.
- If there are any questions, we’ll be in touch via phone or email.
- We then assign your order to one of our specialist jewellers who will create your dream piece.
- When it is finished, we then inspect it to be sure it meets our high quality.
- We then courier it to you and notify you!
You will receive an email to your registered mail containing the invoice for your order. If you don’t receive this, be sure to check your junk mail, or feel free to contact us at jenny@topimagejewellery.com.au
